The other night on "Countdown" your guest was Derrick
Pitts, chief astronomer at the Franklin Institute in
Philadelphia, who discussed the significance of water
being discovered on Mars.
<
Your last question -- and your lack of a response to his
obnoxious answer -- is what ruffled my feathers.
<
Asked what he thought of Dr. Edgar Mitchell, former
NASA astronaut, who revealed that extraterrestrials
have been visiting earth for many decades but it has
been the subject of a monumental cover-up by U.S.
and other governments/ Pitts made Mitchell out to be
senile, a freakin' idiot, a lier. ahallucinator or all four..

Pitts insisted Mitchell is no better than anyone
else who claims to have either seen a UFO -- or
claimed to have been been in personal contact with an
extraterrestrial. Sheer bull****, it boils down to.

The integrity of anyone who witnesses or even participates
in such an occurrence is always brought into question by
the so-called "experts" -- pseudoscientists -- of deceit,
deception, collusion and conspiray. And, naturally, they completely
ignore the facts and belittle the messanger
to protect their vested interests (going against The
Establishment). .

Demeanng Mitchell in this manner --" Where's the evidence?" --
was a direct insult to one of America's greatest heroes
while he served courageously as an astronaut and even
moreso now that he even more courageously has revealed
that visits by extraterrestrials to earth have been part of
a monuntenal cover-up. He calmly stated his case because,
as he explained, he was privy to this conspiracy against
mankind.

Keith Olbermann, you're too ighly respected as a courageous
journalist/TV anchor that you failed miserably to point this
out to Pitts (even in the most diplomatic of terms). You allowed this
scientific s***bag to have the final word..

YOU should have respooned that Edgar Mitchell certainly
does not deserve to be lumped into a category with
individuals who do not possess his credentials,
his contacts, his personal experiences and his vast
education.

You allowed vested-interest sleazeball Derrick Pitts
to leave some viewers with questions about Ed Mitchell's
integrity.and probably doubt that the claims he has made
re what he is claiming are the truth, the whole truth and nothing but
the truth.

Keith, this is one occasion when you failed to live up to
your highly respected reputation -- your fearlessness -- that
has continued to grow in leaps and bounds.
