In my lab we use a variety of very small mag bars to assist in
the resolubilization of compounds dried into the bottom of 96 well
microtiter plates, though not certain 3 x 2mm is included.      We buy
the magnets from a company named VP Scientific, and you can take a
look at their web site at http://www.vp-scientific.com/
