ISEs with a pHmeter ?

by dm <daniele.manghi@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Dec 6, 2004 at 10:37 AM

Does someone know if one can usefully attach Ion Selective
Electrodes (ISEs), (in place of the standard
pH glass electrode), from no matter which vendor
(WTW, Metrohm, Orion, Elit, etc. ), e.g. a a F- sensor,
to a normal pHmeter with mV scale,
such as my Hanna 9025C ? And, if the above is possible,
how to build the calibration curve to convert the
mV measurement into a concentration value ?
Thanks
D.M.
