FIPS140-2

Hello,
I'd like to test a sequence of bits sampled from a device noise. Has
anybody idea about where I can find an implementation of routines for
the FIPS140-2 validation of PRNGs ? I have at my disposal a few test
brought by FIPS140-1, but that standard is quite old.
