My name is Sizhong =E2=80=9CTravis=E2=80=9D Zhang and I will be graduating

from the
University of Tennessee Health Science Center with a Master of Science
in Biomedical Engineering this December. I am exploring the
employment op****tunities in medical imaging, imaging physics and image
processing.
I worked as a research assistant at Luminetx Cor****ation and the x-ray
imaging laboratory at University of Tennessee Health Science Center
(UTHSC). At Luminetx Cor****ation, I was working on the R&D of the
VeinViewer=E2=84=A2, an infrared light vein imaging device. At UTHSC, I
worked on the evaluation of the flat panel detector in a Variable
Resolution X-ray (VRX) system, which helped me to gain expertise in X-
ray physics and CT system design. In addition, I have taken core and
advanced imaging courses which helped me to have a strong foundation
in the principles of all the medical imaging modalities with an
emphasis in X-ray imaging.
