The Board of Certified Safety Professionals is planning some
significant changes effective January 1, 2009.
Changes in the following areas will be made
1. New examination editions (New Safety Fundamentals and
Comprehensive Practice blueprints)
2. Changes in applicant qualifications
3. Change in how knowledge of ethics will be handled
4. Implementation of new certification management software
