My electrodynamics' spin tensor has been published in J. Mod. Phys.
vol. 55, no. 9, pp. 1487-1500 (2008) (see also: www.sciprint.org
"Spin_produces_stress") after it was rejected 400 times by 35
scientific journals during 10 years since 14 May 1998. In particular,
Optics Letters (Anthony J. Campillo, Editor) rejected the spin tensor
though Reviewer's comments were: "The result, dealing with matters at
the heart of the rather confused matter of electromagnetic angular
momentum, is interesting and merits publication. The paper is concise,
and likely as clear as possible, given the subject matter."
