I'm sorry, but this statement needs proof. How can an emitter *know* the 
speed at which it is traveling? Without this explanation, the balance of
the 
paper does not hold together.

Also, the translation is not very good. It appears to be a machine 
translation, or one done by someone not fluent in Spanish/Catalan and/or 
English.
