Acualy, yes, the water droplets have angular momentum if they interact
with
the nozle boundaries, which they must to some extent.  And one could
expect
a magnetic field to rotate via interaction with the magnets material in
similar a veign.
Not that I beleive that a magnetic field does rotate, but I do beleive
that
is what is intuitively expected.  I'm sure Faraday was surprised.
The fact that it appears that it doesn't rotate fascinates me.
