What, all of them? It's a potentially infinite set.

On the one hand, a whole bunch of other people  do the work of 
identifying which of these possibilities would interest you, for no 
better reason than to satisfy your whim. On the other, you could state 
them yourself. Which do you think is more likely to work?

Only in a very specialised sense. Nerves are not wires.

Probably not. Does the phrase "non-disclosure agreement" mean anything 
to you?

Some government, somewhere, has almost certainly funded this kind of 
research.

You can't. Like all conspiracy theories, your hypothesis is
