What do you mean by "inducted into the closed system"?

None of this is making any sense with your reference to "closed system"
and "inducted into".  I don't want some device that sucks my computer into
a black box.  I just want something I can hook a pair of wires to in order
to get some power with some advantage over power the power company for it.

If your device gives me 48VDC free, I'd buy a Xantrex inverter and convert
it to 120VAC.

If your device has a wide voltage swing, I'd have to consider something
else
at least in front of it.  PV arrays have similar issues, so I am sure

So this circuit board could regulate the voltage, modulate it to AC, and
step
it up or down to 120VAC at 60Hz or 230VAC at 50Hz, depending on location,
and
most of the world would be happy.  Could it be that simple?

I'm only concerned with how I can get power out of it.  If that's not
possible
then I (and virtually everyone else) will not have any interest in it.

also needs to do this with some advantage over just plugging the load into

So in the end, you have the field in a loop, much like a transformer does.
Except your field comes from permanent magnets, and the transformer's
field
comes from the windings.

My design has fields quite different.

It's a device that stores the energy in the motion of the flywheel with
the
intent that upon loss of power, it can provide power to equipment for a
short
time to get generators started.  When you have quick start generators,
this
is for many a better solution than batteries (and all that maintenance and
hazard).
