1-3 doesnt work for this mechanism. I see what your fi****ng at with #3 no 
there is no time ****ft. When I feel mankind is ready or responcible enough

to toy with time will i release the design variation.

Dr Ronald Mallett is proof that mankind is not ready. his reason for doing

so is to change the very reason he is so dedicated to discovering time 
travel. the loss of his father. lets say his father changes and he doesn't

die than dr mallet has no motivation to discover time travel. fortunately 
for the rest of us it's not working nor will it.
