The Kawata style. 2

Professor S. Kawata, Editor of "Optics Communications", joined the
keeping silence physicists who could say nothing against the spin
tensor. Professor S. Kawata confirmed his style.  He rejected the
paper "Spin tensor of electromagnetic waves" by the phrase: "I am
sorry to have to inform you that Optics Communications is unable to
publish the above paper for the following reason(s):" Here the phrase
was interrupted, so it seems Professor Kawata scoffs at the
submission.
