I'm not going to claim to know everything of physics.  I know a lot based
on
the various areas I've studied or worked on in the past.  I do know enough
to
at least shake things up, sometimes.  And I do believe I know enough to
have
understood the failings of Faraday's Paradox.

The big trouble I have with your device may be less about issues of
physics
and more about issues of terminology, writing style, or even thinking
style
(mine and yours).  Basically, I cannot figure out what role your device
plays.

It did not appear to be a power generating device.  It did not appear to
be a
power storage device.  If it really is one of those things, then I guess
its
design is beyond my ability to recognize.  Or maybe its something else I
do
not understand.

At this point I wait until you, or someone, can describe not only what it
will
do for me (or for someone), but how it actually works.  Maybe you are
holding
back on details before you are able to submit a patent application.  You
have
that right.  Maybe after you finish, you be post a thorough description if
you
find some time between spending your millions of royalty dollars.  Or else
I
will just have to download the patent file.
